Silversky’s 6.99 acres run back from Huskur Road: an entry and security pod, the clubhouse with a banquet lawn and an outdoor café, and courts for futsal, volleyball, pickleball and cricket practice near the road. Beyond them, towers A, B and C stand along a green spine with a jogging loop, a pool deck with adults’ and kids’ pools and a jacuzzi, an event plaza and a children’s play area. A creative loft for elders adds a maker’s space, a reading library, culinary gardens and an amphitheatre; a forest play zone, a climbing wall and a canopy walk; and a wellness sanctuary, a yoga deck, a meditation pavilion and a mini forest path.
